Procedure
for Lodge Building Rental:
that you need the lodge is available.
2. Rental arrangements should be made and confirmed at
least 30 days prior to the event or as soon as possible before the event date.
3. Make your check payable to: F.O.P. Lodge #5.
4. The check total must include the rental amount plus deposit.
5. Mail the payment check along with the completed and signed contract to:
